At the core of our dental practice is a friendly team of professionals that are dedicated to your utmost comfort and optimal oral health. We view each patient as a unique individual and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. As part of our commitment to providing close, personalized attention to every patient, we want to encourage patient communication. Please know that we are here to provide outstanding patient care and that we value the trust you have placed in us.
Ann has worked as a dental hygienist since 1999 and has worked for Dr. Gardiner since he purchased Dental Reflections in 2009. She is a graduate of Owens Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time, she enjoys running, recreationally and competitively, and spending time with her husband, three children, and friends.
Ann received her degree in dental hygiene from Owens Community College. She has been with Dental Reflections at Briarfield for over 17 years. She and her husband, Jim, a middle school teacher, are the parents of two boys, Mitch and Derek.
Ann enjoys traveling to the Carolinas with her family. She is involved with a mission team and has made several service trips to Guatemala. There, the team works with girls’ orphanages and numerous schools. “The girls at the orphanage, I love like my own,” says Ann. To help fund her mission work, Ann teaches fused glass classes.

Kimiko is a Ross Medical College graduate from the Dental Assisting program since 2014. She has worked as a front desk coordinator and back up assistant ever since and joined the Dental Reflections team in March 2018. Currently a student at Owens Community College, she also enjoys painting in her spare time. No kids currently but considers herself a dog mom to her miniature pinscher, Spock.
Katrina joined our team in November 2018. She has worked in the dental field for 2.5 years. She is currently a front desk coordinator. Katrina was recently married to her husband Adam in 2018, together they have two fur babies named Gunner and Scout.
One of three Ann’s on staff, she is lovingly known as Millie by patients and co-workers. Millie has been a dental assistant with Dental Reflections at Briarfield for over 13 years. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years as both assistant and receptionist. She is an avid fan of Toledo Walleye and the Pittsburg Steelers. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER / FINANCIAL COORDINATOR
Michelle has been in the dental field for over 30 years and has enjoyed a variety of positions and duties. She is currently our Financial Coordinator which includes insurance and accounts receivable administration. Michelle is our in-house expert in helping patients navigate the world of dental insurance and is the person to contact with any insurance or billing questions. Feel free to contact her with any concerns.
She has 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren that are the highlight of her life. She loves almost any form of exercise or sport such as working out, golf, rollerblading and biking to name a few. Some hobbies include reading, traveling, museums, theater and anything in the sunshine. Living a healthy lifestyle, laughing, continual growth by gaining knowledge, learning new things, and striving to improve in all ways makes her Happy.
OFFICE MANAGER / TREATMENT COORDNATOR
Ursula has been with Dental Reflections at Briarfield since 2010. In addition to her duties as office manager, she assists patients in obtaining dental care recommended by our Doctors by coordinating treatment, insurance benefits, or payment arrangements that work with any budget. Her experience in customer service over the past 23 years really shows when providing compassionate care to all patients.
She says, “It is exciting to come to work and hear our patients rave about their dental experience and to know that I played a role in that experience. We are, as a team, all committed to providing outstanding care while utilizing the most advanced technology to create new smiles.”
Ursula relocated to Maumee from Hawaii after her husband retired from the US Navy to be near his family. She volunteers at St. Joan of Arc School. She enjoys spending time with her children who are active in travel soccer.
